Order Processing Information

We operate on a pre-order basis to ensure we can cover production costs while maximizing the funds raised. As a result, our turnaround time can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Here’s how it works:

Once we receive enough pre-orders to cover production costs, we place the order with our local partner.
From that point, it typically takes around 3 weeks for the products to be processed and shipped.

If you'd like to know the current expected waiting time before placing your order, feel free to contact us. Otherwise, you can go ahead and place your order, and we will include the estimated processing time in your receipt.
